Catering By Design
OVERVIEW:
I worked with Catering By Design on a freelance basis for nearly 2 years. During that time, I art directed and shot multiple large scale photoshoots to support catalog designs, designed dozens of menus for their luxury clients, and consulted on the launch of 3 successful business initiatives, including their “Delivery by Design” concept to fuel sales during Covid.

Pantone Colors of the Year, Dish Series
in 2021, Pantone released two colors of the year, a pairing chosen during a trying time to symbolize unity, support, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
After casually chatting about this duo with the Executive Chef, Matt Heikkila, a new idea arose: what if we used those colors to inspire unique dishes?
The business case behind this creative exploration was not only to showcase our in-house creative teams ability to execute stunning, one of a kind experiences, but also boost numbers for our newly launched blog. 25,000 impressions later, a +230% increase in traffic, we knew we were on to something.
