Viega

I worked in house as a Brand Manager for the global manufacturing company Viega, as they worked to scale operations at the North American branch of the company. Throughout my tenure, my day-to-day consisted of drafting creative briefs, meeting with executives to make sure our P&L was in alignment with company expectations, managed agency relations, and served as the brand liaison between our local and global marketing, sales, product, manufacturing, and trade show teams.

Big strategy, real impact.

During my time with Viega, we were able to accomplish some pretty incredible stuff.

• Built and executed integrated campaigns, including media partnerships that drove 30M+ impressions across Commercial and Residential segments
• Led art direction and end-to-end product marketing strategy for 20+ launches, driving 25%+ growth in brand awareness and share of voice
• Developed and executed brand strategy across a $1B portfolio, delivering 11% growth across two key verticals
• Directed agency relationships and oversaw creative execution across campaigns, stepping in as on-set photographer when needed to ensure visual consistency and meet production demands
• Partnered cross-functionally with sales, product, and manufacturing to streamline go-to-market execution and increase campaign ROI by 25%

THE COUPLING THAT CHANGED THE INDUSTRY

I oversaw the launch of 20+ products, however the most noteworthy launch was that of the innovative MegaPress Transition Coupling. This project was years in the making, and with key competitor analysis, target audience structuring, and strategic influencer, retail, and media partnerships, became the largest launch of Viega LLC to date.

The product sold out initially in less than a week and revolutionized the plumbing world as we know it.
